Job Summary

Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to DPCB activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares the administrative needs in the conduct of meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.) including documentation and liquidation.
  • Provide administrative support to the TB Program.
  • Drafts Notice of Meeting or Department Personnel Order and finalize said document for routing.
  • Organizes and process information from DPCB records and reports of activities conducted.
  • Coordinates with different DOH Offices, CHDs, LGUs and Partners in the dissemination of communication.
  • Regular coordination with and support to the TB related program activities.
  • Conducts and maintains an inventory of the units office supplies and equipment. Ensures availability when needed.
