Summary As an Administrative Specialist in the NASA Engineering & Safety Center (NESC), you will provide administrative assistance to executives within the office, providing support to a decentralized organization reaching across all NASA Centers and reporting to the Office of Chief Engineer. Requires knowledge of administrative policies and procedures for the accomplishment of work such as administration, calendar management, records management, information technology, and travel preparation. Responsibilities Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee.
