The Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Department Head/Manager/Executive and the department as a whole. This role requires a highly organized and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
