DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attends to clerical work requirements of the Department/Division such as filing, routing, and answering phone calls to complete daily Department tasks;
2. Attends to and maintains records of incoming and outgoing communications to monitor and refer to appropriate divisions when necessary;
3. Assist in liaising work for the Department;
4. Receives and entertains visitors and phone calls;
5. Assist in the requisition/procurement, stockpiling, and equipment; and supplies, materials, and equipment;
6. Must know how to handle business correspondence and records management;
7. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
