Summary About the Position: Guam is a U.S. island territory in Micronesia, in the Western Pacific. It's distinguished by tropical beaches, Chamorro villages and ancient latte-stone pillars. Federal employees in Guam may be entitled to receive a 11.88% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and a 20% Post Differential Allowance in addition to the base salary.
