Position Overview
Role Purpose Provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the Global Head of EHS Job Responsibility Under general supervision, perform a variety of detailed clerical duties such as filing, copying and data input Check and verify data for completeness and accuracy Collate global energy data and manage reporting As assist in the management of CSR for the company Publish monthly 'Safety Bulletins' to Company employees, addressing key and topical EHS issues Provide assistance in maintaining a variety of safety documents Compile matrix and statistics related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents and prepare reports for submission to safety management Manage and upload critical documents on the EHS database Assist in preparing safety reports Coordinate training of workers concerning safety laws and regulations, use of safety equipment, devices, and clothing, and first aid Collect and distribute minutes from Safety Leadership Team meetings Maintain ...
