We are currently seeking an Administrator for a Substance Misuse Service located in Lewisham.

This will be a 2 month contract for an immediate start. The position will be 5 Days a Week from 09:00-17:00

Duties:

As first point of contact, greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Register clients and schedule appointments using the designated system.

Ensure administration, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department promptly.

Maintain and update client records and databases accurately and confidentially.

Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and other team activities as required.

Assist clients with inquiries, appointment bookings, and any immediate needs they may have.
