Position Overview

Provide administrative support to project terms, management, and field staff. 
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. 
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, purchase orders, and reports 
Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. 
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines dto ensure compliance with financial and operation objectives. 
Support procurement and inventory management for construction materials and equipment. 
Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and other project-related financial tasks.
