Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position. Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork.
