Job Overview: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Shared Service Assistant to join a central HR team supporting schools across a multi-site education environment.
As the Administrator / Shared Service Assistant you will deliver efficient, high quality and professional administration across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records and customer queries. The role requires excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, data sources and stakeholders across different locations. You will support HR processes, maintain accurate records, handle confidential information and contribute to continuous improvement across shared service workstreams.
Salary: £26,243 to £29,838 per annum + Benefits
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
