Work collaboratively with commercial team as well as other departments on the daily functional matters
Handle, track (where applicable) and follow up with internal / external stakeholders on all documentation / submissions including but not limited to correspondence, claims, certificates, warranties, invoices etc.
Timely upload / update of information and documentation into ERP system and required platforms
Maintain, update and follow up on the respective tracking lists for monitoring
Provide support on other commercial related functions as required by the team from time to time
Requirements:
GCE O Levels or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
