Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Manager of the Geochem Admin Department in effectively overseeing the Administrative functions of the division as well as maintaining customer communication.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Printing and e-mailing of test reports
- Invoicing completed work as per agreed rates
- Assist department with general administrative tasks (filing, copying, creating customized reporting templates, reconciliations, updating spreadsheets)
- Assist department with maintaining a current status of outstanding work and follow up with the lab regarding expected reporting dates
- Assist Section Manager with contract review and issuance of proposals
- Assist with and co‑ordinate customer enquiries/queries.
- Data entry of results into SLIM G6 where necessary
- General Laboratory duties as required and within qualifications
