Position Overview

  • Source and procure necessary materials efficiently.
  • Handle QuickBooks (QB) entry, including Purchase Orders (PO) and Billing.
  • Prepare PES (Procurement Evaluation Sheets) and Costing reports.
  • Create Sales Invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), and handle 2307 Tax Certificates.
  • Manage Petty Cash and oversee supplier contracts.
  • QA/QC: Perform limited quality checks to maintain familiarity with construction/application materials.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and appreciation for QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of BIR Compliance and tax documentation.
  • Math and analytical abilities with fast, accurate typing skills.
  • Can drive a motorcycle (with license) for field-related tasks is a plus.
