Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and set enrollment targets in alignment with university goals.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the admissions team, including counselors, processors, and data officers.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure fair, transparent, and accurate application evaluations and maintain strict compliance with university and government regulatory policies.
• CRM & Data Analytics: Manage Student Information Systems (SIS) and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track application funnels and make data-driven decisions to boost conversion rates.
• Outreach & Counseling: Represent the university at domestic and international recruitment events, and guide prospective students and families through admissions requirements and financial aid processes.
