Key Responsibilities Juniata College invites applications for an Admissions Counselor who will serve as a dynamic ambassador for the College, building meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families throughout the enrollment journey. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment/Enrollment Communication, the successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting diverse learners who will thrive in our collaborative liberal arts environment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Relationship Building

Represent Juniata College at high schools, college fairs, receptions, and other recruitment events

Conduct engaging information sessions and individual interviews with prospective students and families

Build and maintain relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and experiences, from initial inquiry through enrollment
