The Admissions Data & Processing Coordinator serves as a key member of the Medforth Global Education (MGE) Admissions Operations team, responsible for the accurate intake, validation, and processing of applicant data and documentation across all programs and regions. This role ensures the integrity, completeness, and timely movement of applicant records within Salesforce and related institutional systems.

The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency by managing inbound application materials, document indexing, recruitment event data entry, and shared inbox workflows.
