**What’s a typical day as an Admissions Office Specialist? You’ll be:**
+ Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to review and process applications
+ Ensuring timely updates to student records and performing duplicate resolution in CRM and SIS
+ Entering student applications and data into SIS, scanning documentation, and contacting applicants for issue resolution or additional information
+ Serving as front-end administrative support via email, phone, and direct messaging
