What you'll own:

• Manage disputes end-to-end, including debt recovery and collections litigation , and coordinate external attorneys and advocates
• Draft and settle summons, affidavits, legal opinions, acknowledgements of debt , and commercial agreements (SLAs, NDAs, shareholder agreements)
• Advise management on litigation risk, regulatory compliance, and governance
• Shape enterprise risk strategy and support internal investigations

• LLB from a recognised South African university
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• 35 years post-admission civil litigation experience at a reputable firm, with a proven track record in debt collections
• Sharp research and drafting skills, with solid grounding in SA civil procedure and commercial law
