We're looking for a
civil litigation attorney with 3–5 years post-admission experience and strong debt collections expertise to join our in-house legal team, working closely with the Head of Legal to manage the Company's entire litigation portfolio — from strategy and risk assessment to court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
What you'll own:
- Manage disputes end-to-end, including debt recovery and collections litigation, and coordinate external attorneys and advocates
- Draft and settle summons, affidavits, legal opinions, acknowledgements of debt
