What you'll own:

• Advise on disciplinary processes, misconduct, incapacity, grievances, and workplace disputes
• Manage matters at the CCMA, bargaining councils, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court, and instruct external counsel
• Draft and review employment contracts, restraint of trade agreements, settlement agreements, and workplace policies
• Guide retrenchments, restructuring, and business transfer processes
• Ensure organisation-wide compliance with labour legislation and drive risk mitigation

• LLB from a recognised South African university
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (non-practising roll)
• 35 years post-admission experience specialising in labour and employment law
• Demonstrated experience handling labour disputes and CCMA/Labour Court litigation
