Labour and Employment Law specialist with 3–5 years post-admission experience to join our in-house legal team as Junior In-House Counsel, advising management and HR on everything from CCMA disputes to large-scale restructuring.
What you'll own:
- Advise on disciplinary processes, misconduct, incapacity, grievances, and workplace disputes
- Manage matters at the CCMA, bargaining councils, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court, and instruct external counsel
