Role Overview;

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for building blocks for marketing ops and enhancing customer experience across channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 5-6 years of years of experience in design, implementation and support of Marketing automation systems using Adobe Experience Platform & Adobe RT-CDP tool.
• Good understanding of Adobe Launch for tag implementation and Web SDK / App SDK implementation for experience data modelling.
• Knowledge of 1st party, database integration into RT-CDP tool.
• Knowledge of data schemas & APIs services in platforms GCP, Marketo, AJO etc.
• Responsible for gathering data from diverse sources, including websites, mobile apps, customer service interactions, and CRM system
