Lead client work design and improvement efforts by:
Digging deep into client processes and recommending opportunities for workflow automation
Configuring Workfront Fusion to support enhanced workflows and better, more efficient ways of working using existing and custom-developed Fusion modules
Train clients in Workfront Fusion usage and ensure smooth handoff after go-live
Ensure clients have what they need to be comfortable with Workfront and any integrated technologies
Communicate clearly why a particular feature or customization will or won’t be used
Travel up to 25%, mostly at the beginning of client engagements and at training/handoff
