Position Overview
Lead China monitoring activities by overseeing key monitoring workstreams, including AZ-sponsored meeting reviews, external funding spot checks, unstructured data monitoring etc. Partner closely with Compliance Business Partners and relevant cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, assess root causes, and drive timely, practical, and sustainable mitigation actions.Manage investigation cases end-to-end with close attention to quality, timeliness, and consistency. Ensure investigations are progressed efficiently, key facts are thoroughly assessed, and final reports are delivered promptly with clear findings, robust documentation, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.Continuously enhance insight-led dashboards and reporting to strengthen responsive monitoring capabilities and support external inquiries and internal investigations.
