Reports To: Guest Experience &/or Next Steps Pastor         

Status: Part-time - 28 hours, Non-Exempt
                                                                                                

Position Summary: The Adult Ministries Coordinator is responsible for the administration and support of Guest Experience and Next Steps ministries. These ministries include serving, guest experience, groups, care, recovery, and next steps.
 
This individual must fit within our collaborative culture. Our priority is to live out Ephesians 4:12, by leading in a way that “equips the saints to do the work of the ministry.” We do this through building ministry teams.
