About the Role

The Data and Insight Analyst will provide timely intelligence, enabling Adult Social Care to maximise opportunities as well as ensuring an early warning system for areas of underperformance and non-delivery relating to specific outcomes.

The role will provide the intelligence and insight required to inform strategic decision-making across Adult Social Care. It will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting a wide range of data and evidence sources, including provider performance, market developments, demographic and population changes, workforce feedback, customer and service user experiences, and emerging sector trends.
