Liquid Personnel has an exciting opportunity which has recently opened up for an Adult Social Worker to join the team in Plymouth.

What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide vital support to vulnerable adults as part of a fully integrated community crisis response team. Your responsibilities include undertaking statutory Care Assessments to identify eligible needs, submitting these to the panel for funding authorization, and conducting Mental Capacity assessments. While this role is primarily community-based, having experience in hospital discharge processes would be highly beneficial.
