Job description

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team works to provide a specialist service to adults aged over 18 to support recovery from periods of difficulty with their mental health and for people to stay as independent as possible. The team work to provide support that is person centred which gives people choice and control in their lives. The day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out Mental Health Capacity Act assessments, completing S117 aftercare, S27 assessments and completing full care act duties.

About you
