Compass Medical Practice is a GP practice for those who are difficult to manage in mainstream practice.
Patients are either consulted via telephone/video link or face to face. When a face‑to‑face appointment is required, a risk assessment is undertaken to assess what support the clinician requires. Consultations are supported with the use of patient liaison officers and carried out in our mobile clinic van or in an agreed pre‑booked venue.
Compass Medical Practice also provides medical cover to temporary patients residing at Thornton House. These are short‑term patients that are residing at Thornton House for either rehab, rest or recovery....
