Per Diem, Rotating Schedule (Shift Descriptions Below)
Shift structures: 24-Hour shift from 8A - 8A, 16-Hour shift from 4P - 8A, 12-Hour shifts from either 7P/A - 7A/P or 8A/P - 8P/A. Common space available for shift downtimes, 8 private bedrooms. Schedules are usually made 2-3 months out, with 5 days off in a row every 4 weeks.
The EMT-Advanced role provides both basic and advanced life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care to patients when indicated by the patient’s injury or illness in accordance with State and local protocols.
