You will report directly to our Senior Field Service Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Hsinchu, Taiwan location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provide on-site technical support to customers in industries such as petroleum, smelting, chemical, and high-tech sectors.
+ Handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas detectors.
+ Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure high-quality and timely service, resolving any technical issues encountered on-site.
+ Document and report on field service activities.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
