Key Responsibilities

 Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Culture Maintain, expand and cryopreserve human pluripotent stem cell lines in both adherent and suspension culture systems. Execute differentiation protocols to generate specialised cell types for research applications. Monitor cell identity, quality and performance using established analytical methods. Bioreactor Operations and Process Scale-Up Establish, operate and optimise small- and medium-scale bioreactor cultures for expansion and differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells. Support technology transfer of differentiation protocols from static culture formats to scalable suspension-based processes. Perform routine process monitoring and sampling, including assessment of cell growth, viability and differentiation efficiency. Cell Characterisation and Quality Control Conduct analytical assays including flow cytometry, qPCR, immunostaining and viability analysis. Analyse and document process performance and p...
