Position Overview
Main duties of the job The key to this role will be managing and supporting the lived experience workforce and promoting the inclusion of the ‘user voice’ by offering opportunities to be heard and effect change within the Trust. You will also be key to the ongoing strategic delivery of lived experience opportunities within the Trust, and the establishment of an outcome framework for this platform of work. On the inclusion side, the post holder will also contribute to a culture of parity whereby all protected groups are afforded fair and equal treatment in the Trust. You will be based alongside your management colleagues in one of our hubs in the Trust.
You will use both your lived experience and your competencies in the workplace. In keeping with all posts within HPFT there will be an authentic commitment towards support and development of the postholder.
