Within the context of a client and family‑centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, and the vision and values of the organization, the Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP) acts as the first point of contact for consultation and assessment of patients referred to the Hip and Knee, Arthritis Surgical Assessment Program (ASAP) at Vancouver Coastal Health.
