**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities

+ Manages the health care of patients at Anschutz Medical Campus including coordination of care (as necessary) with the Anschutz Campus. Possible clinical sites also include Highlands Ranch Hospital, Lone Tree Medical Center, and Cherry Creek Medical Center.
+ Performs a comprehensive health assessment, including health history, physical exams, preventive screening; identifies medical health risks and needs.
