**About this role:**

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Heart Failure Clinic. The selected candidate will partner with the two board certified Heart Failure Cardiologists to continue to build a pre-eminent Heart Failure Program in the state of Colorado.

+ You would practice at our Denver Cardiology clinic and Saint Joseph Hospital (https://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/intermountain-health-saint-joseph-hospital) . Additional locations may be added with program growth

+ Hours are 4/10 hour shifts during the week, nocalland no weekends
