We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a multidisciplinary outpatient pain management practice in Galveston, Texas.

This is a **clinic-based position** focused on the longitudinal care of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. The APP will work under physician supervision and will undergo a structured onboarding and training period before transitioning to a mix of **collaborative (with physicians) and independent clinic sessions** during the work week.
