**Job Summary:**

**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Perrysburg)

**Position Overview:**

+ Shift Schedule- 12 hour (8a-8p)
+ Holiday Rotation
+ Every third weekend rotation
+ No Call required
+ Primary Site- Perrysburg but will float to other locations, as needed.
+ Join a team of one Medical Director and seven APP's
+ Patient Volume: 30-45 patients/day
+ Experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department highly preferred
