About the role

As an Advanced Practitioner , you will provide practice leadership within the Adults with Learning Disabilities team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, strengths-based interventions . You will support the Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager in driving excellent standards of practice, while holding a reduced but complex caseload, including individuals with multiple and high-level needs. You will also supervise a small number of staff and have strong strength-based practice with the ability to provide professional challenge and support.
