Key Responsibilities:

+ Meticulous planning, executing to the plan by rigorous tracking to meet all key milestone dates
+ Learn and able to report project and business metrics ( Earned value management metrics (CPI, SPI, EV).
+ Effective management of all stakeholders
+ Provide accurate and timely project status information, milestones and metrics to key stakeholders
+ Ensure programs/projects/tasks are delivered on time and that they meet financial, performance, quality and reliability goals
+ Manage communications within team to meet program objectives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams effectively to meet program objective

Essential PM Skills:

+ Working knowledge of NPI Development Process is preferred
+ Ability to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholders
