**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects or related roles
+ Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
+ Technical proficiency in relevant engineering disciplines and ability to solve complex technical challenges
+ Experience with project scheduling software and risk management techniques
