Job Title: Advanced Quality Practitioner (Prison Education Services)

Location: South (Field-based across regional prison sites, with your base being the closest prison to your home address)

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (DoE)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

What You Will Be Doing

Coaching & Development: Actively coach, mentor, and support teachers across regional sites, ensuring new team members adapt quickly to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.

CPD Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver impactful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and training tailored to the unique needs of different curriculum areas.

Quality Assurance: Lead learning walks, developmental lesson observations, desktop reviews, and assessor evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share models of best practice.
