Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with families to support them throughout the enrollment journey
- Guide prospective students and families through the enrollment process with clarity and urgency
- Monitor family engagement and proactively address enrollment barriers
- Own daily communication via phone, text, email, and tickets
- Conduct proactive outreach and maintain consistent follow-up
- Educate families on school programs, requirements, and educational options
- Maintain precise, actionable records of conversations and enrollment progress
- Meet or exceed enrollment, responsiveness, and productivity goals
