This key role requires excellent collaboration with YKDFN community members and staff, under the direction of the Director, Environment. As an advisor, you will leverage your knowledge of environmental legislation and monitoring programs, ensuring community concerns are addressed while guiding the technical aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize Giant Mine Advisory Committee activities
• Analyze environmental legislation and monitoring plans
• Prepare presentations and reports for community briefs
• Coordinate public hearings and mine site tours
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or related degree in environmental studies
• Minimum three years relevant experience
