Role Summary

The Hazardous Substances & New Organisms Group at the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) is looking for an Advisor based in Wellington. This role provides advice and support to applicants and delegated decision makers for the import and export of controlled goods, such as hazardous waste and ozone‑depleting substances, and liaises with a range of stakeholders, including submitters, other government bodies and international agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to applicants and decision makers on controlled goods import and export.
