Join MBIE’s Protective Security function as an Advisor Personnel Security , where you will help strengthen our personnel security capability and support a resilient workforce.

You will contribute to maturing MBIE’s personnel security practices in line with the Government’s Protective Security Requirements (PSR), supporting a risk‑based approach to assessing, managing and monitoring personnel security risks across the personnel security lifecycle. You will support the effective delivery of personnel security across the Ministry by providing practical advice to managers and staff on security requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and coordinating personnel security processes, managing stakeholder communications, assisting with risk and incident management, and contributing to reporting and trend analysis to support decision making.
