Student Aide - Adult Educational Development
Duties of the Position: Greet visitors and provide customer service at the front desk. Answer phone calls and assist callers. Provide information about High School Equivalency (HSE) and English Language Acquisition (ELA) programs. Direct inquiries to the AED webpage for more detailed information and registration. Perform data entry tasks - Sort and distribute mail. File and maintain student records. Keep office supplies organized and stocked. Assist faculty and staff with administrative tasks. Help with organizing AED events. Being bilingual in Spanish is an added advantage.
