Role Summary

The AEM Assets as a Cloud Service Platform Operator is responsible for the end to end operational excellence, reliability, and governance of the enterprise AEM Assets Cloud platform. This role ensures that the platform remains performant, secure, scalable, and fully aligned with organizational compliance and content operations needs. The operator provides proactive monitoring, incident response, workflow oversight, and technical support to internal users and partner teams across Adobe@Adobe environments.
