**Description:**
You will be the Aeronautical Engineering Manager for the Structures team which is responsible for advancing PLM/CAD tool development and implementation.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Aeronautical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for guiding cross‑functional and cross‑BA collaboration, managing priorities, reporting, and resources while empowering capability leads to execute their work.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and mature DSR6 requirements, policies, and governance.
+ Design and enhance CAD and PLM capabilities.
+ Define future‑state PLM/CAD applications for legacy programs.
+ Create training, methods, and best‑practice documentation.
+ Represent engineering in vendor workshops and collaborations for capability solutions.
