**Aerospace Assembler**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling complex aerospace structures and components using hand and power tools, following detailed blueprints, wiring lists, and work instructions. You will trim, shim, cut, drill, and fit parts to ensure precise alignment, perform rework in accordance with standard repair procedures, and may set up and operate automated assembly equipment. In more capacities, you may also guide and train newer team members and review the quality of their completed work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use hand and power tools to trim, shim, cut, and adjust components so they fit together accurately and align properly.
+ Read and interpret wiring lists, assembly drawings, blueprints, mylars, and work instructions to complete work orders correctly.
